Someone must have forgotten to tell Oviedo homeowners that this is a buyers market, and that the competition for selling homes in Oviedo is fierce because as you will see below, Oviedo has continued to add new / additional homes for sale every week like they are going out of style. Yet everyone who is in the market to buy an Oviedo home for sale can realize this is a great bargaining chip to have on their side which is why I post these market updates!
As of the week ending Saturday 11/29/2008 Oviedo foreclosures number 128 out of the 576 total Oviedo homes for sale that require third party approval and are possibly being marketed at a price lower than what a lender will allow. Now I say this toungue in cheek because in reality some lenders are willing to consider lower offers if presented properly. I happen to know this because I spend my time also working as a short-sale negotiator assisting agents work with lenders so that other Real Estate agents may continue marketing their properties and know that a qualified and knowledgable person is working hard for them.
There are also currently 29 bank owned homes for sale in Oviedo that are always known as great deals because the bank has no choice but to get rid of these as quick as possible. So without boring you to much more with my babble here are the statistics:
